• The competition is not open to:
(i) Employees of, or contractors to, the company or any of its agencies involved with this competition
• Database created during this competition can and will only be used by Interprise and relevant reseller as a joint venture. This database will not be used for any other purposes.
• Resellers are required to promote this competition in store, and all marketing material provided to be used solely for this purpose.
• During this competition, resellers are to inform the client of the terms and condition of this competition, client must agree to sharing their information with us, and accepting future promotional and marketing correspondence.
• This competition is valid until the 31 October 2009.
• Competition draw will take place on the 2 November 2009.
• All winners are to be notified by mail and telephone.
• Prizes to be claimed within 10 days upon winning, if not claimed, the prize will be put back into draw.
• The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances the prize will be put back into the draw.
• Prizes will only be awarded following winner validation and verification. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

EZ Computers

It will be the responsibility of the winner of the computer training course (second prize) to attend lessons in Edenvale, Gauteng.

If the winner is unable to get to lessons in Edenvale, he/she may either forfeit their prize, or transfer it to anyone else at their will.

Should the winner of the computer training course not wish to undergo beginners computer training, he/she may opt to rather get a discount of up to 80% on one of the advanced courses.

The winner of the 8GB flash drive (third prize) will have their prize posted to them by registered mail free of charge. Note that this may take up to 7 days for delivery.
