Hardware Installations

Hardware such as network cards, sound cards, graphics cards, motherboards, power supplies, DVD Writers etc, can be complex to install and involve opening up your computer. We understand that all you want is for everything to simply work. You don't want to have to spend ages trying to install complex hardware (or risk damaging your computer for it) and you don't want to have to hunt down and install software and drivers. Furthermore, you don't want to have to disconnect your computer, take it to your nearest computer store, live without it for 2 days and then have to figure out what plugs go where when you get it back.

That's where we come in. You need a new piece of hardware or you already have a piece of hardware and you need it installed, we come to your house or office, do an efficient installation with minimal downtime we handle the software part (install software/drivers and make sure everything is working) and you get left with something that simply works.

Hardware installations are charged hourly at the following rates:

Work done on our premises      - R100 per hour
Work done at your office/home - R250 for the first hour, R180 for each subsequent hour on a pro-rata basis
