Broadband Internet

Broadband Internet Access is fast, reliable, always on internet that often lands up being cheaper than your slow, unreliable broadband.
We offer 3 types of broadband:

ADSL is a high speed fixed line digital line. Speeds range from 384 kbps to 4096 kbps (4 Mbps) and has low latency which is recommended for gamers. When you add into consideration the difference in bandwidth caps, ADSL is the cheapest of the 3 options.

HSDPA is a high speed mobile internet connection. Speeds peek at 1.8Mbps (or 3.6Mbps depending on package) and settle at around 700Kbps. Latency is slightly higher than ADSL and bandwidth caps are lower yet it has the benefit of mobility (ie: internet anywhere in South Africa where you can get a signal) as well as the benefit of a connection within 48 hours of signing up.

iBurst is a high speed mobile connection similar to HSDPA. The speed of iBurst is 1Mbps with relatively low latency (although still higher than ADSL). Bandwidth caps range from a very small 40MB per month to 9GB. HSDPA has more base stations than iBurst however iBurst offers a more reliable connection. iBurst can be connected within 48 hours of signing up.
