Software Installations

Did you just buy a printer and now windows is complaining about not having drivers? Did you just buy the latest accounting software but have no idea how to put it onto your computer? Did you just reformat your computer and now you are left without all your programs and drivers?

That is where we come in. We can source any driver and can even run diagnostic tests to determine what driver your hardware needs. We can install any piece of software, including windows, as long as the software is provided to us or if you purchase it through us.

Whilst software and driver installation can be done at your home or office, unfortunately driver sourcing must be done at our premises. We do offer a facility where we come and pick your machine up, do the necessary work, and then drop the computer off and reconnect it afterwards.

Software installations are charged as follows:
If work is done at your home, there is a R200 call out charge and then each piece of software installed is R30 above that
If work is done on our premises, R30 is charged for each piece of software installed. There is a charge of R60 for drivers sourced and downloaded.
Our pick up and drop off service costs R300 plus R30 per piece of software installed, however driver sourcing is free (R60 per driver saving)

Our next service offered is a full re-format and re-installation of windows, drivers and software. This is done when your computer is running particularly slow or giving several problems. The cost for this is R500 for a full backup, reformat, installation of windows (disk must be provided or purchased separately), installation of drivers and installation of 2 programs. Over and above that, there is a charge of R30 per software installed.
