Q. Is training done in one session, or over a period of time?

A.Two different methods of training are conducted at EZ Computers -
Corporate training and Personal Training.

Corporate training is aimed at business wishing to train employees on beginners computer skills and is given over 1-2 working days.

Personal training is aimed at the home user wishing to improve their skills and is neatly divided up into either 45 minute or one and a half hour lessons which can be given either once or twice a week.

Q. Is training done in classes or on a one-on-one basis?

A. For personal training, all lessons are one-on-one, however for Corporate training, lessons may be one-on-one or in groups, depending on arrangement

Q. Where is training held?

A.Training may either be held on our premises in Edenvale (see address and directions here) or for a small fee, they may be held at your home or offices (please contact us for pricing)

Q. Do you offer certification on training courses?

A. EZ Computer certificates are issued on completion of the course, however please note that it is not a certified course and as such, no guarantee is made as to the accpetance of said certificate.

Q. What if I have specifics that I want to learn?

A. We offer a service called Build Your Course, where you tell us exactly what you wish to learn, and based on a set rubric, we will give you a quote within 24 hours. To submit your specific course, please click here.
